Returns & Refunds Policy



How Do I Return a Product to Stretch Now?

Stretch Now will allow the return of goods for a refund or exchange for the same item on the following conditions:

The products:
· were damaged in transit;
· had a manufacturing defect; or
· did not comply with your order.

· Please action this request within 7 days of receipt of the products.
· Before you return any products, please send an email to Customer Service at customerservice@stretchnow.com.au In your email, include the reason for wanting to return the items by choosing from the above list.
· A Customer Service representative will reply to your message and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the products.
· It is recommended that you make your choice carefully, to avoid any disappointment, as a refund or exchange will not be given for unsuitable or unwanted products.
· For a returned product to be accepted based on the above 3 conditions, the products must be unused, sealed and in the same condition sold and accompanied by any original packaging.
· Stretch Now will not commence processing the refund or exchange until the returned goods are received intact. Returns will only be accepted by Stretch Now if they are sent by prepaid parcel post.
· A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
· If you qualify for a refund or exchange, Stretch Now will require you to submit your invoice with the products.
· 10% restocking fee will be incurred on all items.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of England. You accept that any disputes will be wholly determined by courts having jurisdiction in England.
